    Its taken over a year for them to sort out a simple cliam, The body repair shop they employed to do the works were usless in every way. I had to send my car back twice as i was unsatisfied with the quality or work undetaken. I still remain unsatisfied and now have gone to the financial ombusdman but ...

    This is the worst insurance company in the world. After twenty years of the family paying very high premiums (we have bettered their renewal quote by £700!!!!) a year and a half after making a claim we are still waiting for a settlement from Cornhill Direct Life Insurance!!
