The drill itself, an 18 volt power has poor torque for this class of drill. However, the real rubbish factor lies with the batteries and charger.
1. You get no more than about 5-6 minutes of actual full-load power from a fully charged battery.
2. The charger unit, which is little more than a bad joke, takes hours and hours and hours to charge a battery fully.
3. Even with the two batteries supplied, - it is impossible to complete a job, as you run out of juice - to complete the job you have to wait several hours to charge the batteries.
4. Fully charged batteries lose their charge completly after only a couple of weeks.
AVOID THIS PIECE OF RUBBISH!!!
