WOLL NOWO SAUTE PAN IS WORST PAN EVER

I bought my first pan two yrs ago after relenting to the 'hard sell' of how good these pans are. At first it was brilliant but within a few months the surface was lifting off. I always used the recommended oils. After 1 yr the complete cooking surface was gone. Southern Cross Promotions Tauranga said a faulty batch was sent from the manufacturer and I was eventually sent a replacement after returning the pan by post to Tauranga. I had to argue with the company for them to refund the cost of postage. Within three months of
moderate use the same problem is happening with the second pan and it is deteriorating rapidly.
These pans cost a lot but are nothing but rubbish. The cheapest pan you can buy would be more useful.
The customer service from Southern Cross Promotions is dreadful - how could anyone get enthusiastic over such a bad product!
