I have owned the logic fry pan for 4 years and have 4 other Woll products. I experienced what many others have - great for 6-12 months then started to stick. I called the store and he asked me to scrape my nail across the surface - a residue had built up and this causes the sticking. He told me to get dishwasher powder and a scourer and scrub it and scrub it until clean. I do this about every 3 months and the pan is still good. The surface doesn't look as even as it did but the salesman assures me this is expected but won't affect the non-stick. He seems to be right so far
