Same as other reviewers, bought denby stoneware dinnerware thinking it was a good investment. Turns out we couldn't have been more wrong. The dinner plates arer all scratched from normal dinner knives, i.e. not steak knives. I'm very careful using it and so the damage cannot be from misuse. I'm really disappointed as, like anor reviews, it would be embarrasing to use the plates on a nice occasion with friends as they look so awful. How can plates be made not to withstand blunt knives? Talk about not fit for purpose.
