I have bought the Denby Imperial Blue teapot and was wondering if anybody else has experienced the bottom of the handle becoming really hot. Also I find it very difficult to hold the pot upright when it is full. The handle seems to be at an awkward angle. Any comments would be appreciated.

You are absolutely right!
I bought a white tea pot. Difficult to perform its simple task... Well, pouring tea directly to a cup! The tea dribbles on the table or floor. The lid too loose and makes annoying sound with or without tea. Customer service disgusting especially at London designer outlet.
