BaltiBoy.com is a small recipe site that specialises in vegetarian curries using Quorn. So far there aren't many recipes but the ones that are there are simply excellent. As a vegetarian I have been frustrated with the quality of receipes that use Quorn as an ingredient. Coupled with this is the fact that there aren't any decent Indian food recipes that use Quorn.
