After watching almost every cook on television i still wonder why not once have i seen a chef on BBC Food tell you how to prepare a turkey properly. I am a cook married to a butcher and i know how it's done so why don't they?

Whilst trying to find a special recipe to cook for christmas, I stumbled accross the BBC Food website. It is packed with great tips and recipes to suit even the most fussiest of eaters! I love lamb and I found a great and easy to follow recipe. I like the way you can choose recipes from your favourite TV Chef, and the fact that the message boards allow you to share questions and ideas.
