Ordered a cooker hood and glass splash back and was told it would arrive a couple of days later. Two days later was telephoned and told it was not in stock despite taking the money in full on the original order day.
I was offered to wait a few weeks or I could have a refund so I chose to have the refund. Five days later I am still waiting for my refund and when I called them about it they had "no electronic record of the request" (conveniently) and they said they would cal the accounts department and call me back. I asked if I could call the accounts department and was told they do not take calls!
After reading other reviews, it looks like a call to trading standards and the bank will be the next step as I have no confidence that I will get a call back.
Would not use again.
