Citroën Customer service a farse DONT BUY A CITROEN , i have a Citroën which is 6 month old and a little plastic cover has come off the trim , Citroën want £30 to replace it with new plus another £30 to paint it plus wont sell just the part what has fallen off they want to sell the hole of the trim ,next they will say no parts available you have to buy a new car again , all they are interested in is making money , and this way of making it is nearly legalised theft , for a car 6 months old I would have thought they would have help out to avoid upsetting a customer but alas common sense in not in there terms and conditions so this the last time I buy a french product you are a disgrace Citroën and all for the sake of a £30 bit of plastic advice to all what out Citroën dont care once they have your hard earned money thats it , all the promises that go with the sale patter dissappear into the wilderness get rich quick Citroën and make customers poor
