  Converse Chuck Taylor All Star skate shoes aren't for people with undeveloped feet or ankles. If you've worn heavily padded shoes your whole life, you're probably in that category. So expect to have twisted ankles because these don't provide ankle support. You know what's good for ankle support? ANKLES.   Looks nice. Comfortable. Cheap. The Converse Weapons are really good shoes and are comfortable. They have ankle support and are a whole lot better than Chuck All-Stars.
