“E2020 - no lenses and no customer service.”

I ordered lenses on a Saturday and needed them for the next Friday and they did not arrive even thought the website states fast delivery. My order status was just saying pending all week and i emailed them 3 times without a response. they have no helpline number so there is noone to contact. I am just hoping that they will refund my money. Dont waste your time ordering from them, spend a £ more and get better service from the other names. (read more)

I am lens user from past 5 years and have ordered lens online with different suppliers and came to expect a slow delivery service, poor customer service and overall not up to my expectations. I wanted to purchase 2 pairs of Focus Dailies, i found e2020 cheapest compared to other suppliers so i ordered from them with an expectation of slow delivery service but to my surprise ordered lenses were at my doorstep within 4 days so was too good for me as compared to other suppliers from whom i...
