“E2020 - no lenses and no customer service.”

I ordered lenses on a Saturday and needed them for the next Friday and they did not arrive even thought the website states fast delivery. My order status was just saying pending all week and i emailed them 3 times without a response. they have no helpline number so there is noone to contact. I am just hoping that they will refund my money.

Dont waste your time ordering from them, spend a £ more and get better service from the other names.
