Stay away. It took them 5 days to ship the order from Singapore to Perth because they did not have the contact lenses in stock. This was not stated on their website. They sent the lenses via DHL ecommerce where the package sat in their Singapore facility for another 7 days before it finally left Singapore. They were only prepared to offer a refund of the $9.95 shipping cost. The customer complaints online centre was unhelpful. Entirely dissatisfied with the experience.
