This site is a SCAM. At first when I asked about my lenses, they answered my immediately and told me I would get them in time for my big event. Even went to the store and bought the best solution on the shelves.
Well, I checked the tracking number, I live in TEXAS, the order was accepted at a house in COLORADO?!?!
I have asked 3 times the past 2 days nicely, forwarded my receipt and tracking number where the order was accepted in another state, still no response. The last email was warning them that I will take legal actions, well they're kind of clueless and still didn't reply after that. Not sure what the deal is, but this is the most unprofessional, unreliable company I've EVER ordered from.
If the order went well I was planning on buying much more from them, you know what, never again from that site!!

To be hounest sounds like a silly mistake to me i ordered on the 14th and I also live in texas i had no problems as my lenses arrived yesterday and no mistakes were made i order from this site every 1-2 months for new coloured lenses and so far havent been let down just sorry for you as this seems unfortunate and unlikely ohhwell nevermind :(

Interesting how the person with a good opinion of this company is from Texas and spells "colored" as "coloured', the British style (this is where the company is from). I bet they have a whole department to keep web damage control for this site because they stole my money and never responded as well.
