When I ordered my contacts they were at my door within a week. Besides the seeped in which I got them the way they felt when I put them on was great especially for my first time. Since I buy the kit I don't have any complaints at all because the prices are great and I get everything I ordered. (read more)

Although I received my order within the time frame given, I was VERY dissappointed in the contacts. Not only were they not what I expected, one of the contacts was torn. I never bothered to contact the company, as their return/refund policy states they will not do either if the packaging is opened. How the hell are you supposed to find out if there is a problem without opening the packaging? I will NEVER order from this company again! (read more)

Please read the descriptions on the product pages on our site to ensure you receive what you are expecting.
Our refund/return policy is industry standard however it is always worth contacting us if they are damaged when opened as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

“Contacts dissolved after 3 wares”

Sadly I bought a pare of black full eye contacts. It took me about ah hour to learn to put them in and I was very happy with them. When I took them out though, I saw that they began to "melt" and were deformed. With each ware it got worse until they were unwareable. I got to ware them a total of 3 times before the edged became lumpy and torn. I did not ware them in any situations that I didn't ware my normal contacts in and I stored them correctly. Not shure why this happened but im out 100$. (read more)

First time buying colored contacts- was worried that my astigmatism would create a bother. The contacts arrived in about a week (I live in the US), they were extremely comfortable, and looked great. For the price, I definitely plan on getting more in the future. In the meantime, I'd recommend them to anyone. (read more)

I ordered two sets of contacts and it has been a month and I still dont have anything to show for it. I will never use them again. I am not even sure that this comapny is real. STAY AWAY! RIP OFF! (read more)

Completely agree with last review and well said. Not had any problems with this site and do recommend. The only I have had is with the edit lenses being uncomfortable but customer service suggested mesmereyes instead and they were right. (read more)

Having read the last couple of reviews I feel I should pitch in as a regular customer of these guys. Coloured contacts hut have pretty much the biggest selection online and are the cheapest I've found so for lenses they sell. They offer a free shipping service but it is untracked. So it is unreasonable to expect them to be able to tell you where your parcel is. Tracked is the default shipping option when you go to pay but you do have to pay for it. So if you choose untracked you can't... (read more)
“Bad customer service”

I ordered 4 pairs so far. One pair didn't stay on my eye, another ripped and the other 2 took 2 weeks to ship. I contacted the company and they responded hours later and didn't help at all. I didn't have them for my party and all they said they'd do i send me a refund if i send back my contacts, but that wa for the late shipping ones. I don't recommend this company if you need contacts soon that will last. They are however good for a month or so after that they get scratches and might tear.... (read more)

I've been ordering from this website for several months now and have to say they've always delivered on prices and customer service every time. I had a problem with a lens this week and after emailing them, they replied within a few minutes to resolve it. My replacement lens arrived this morning. Their prices are the cheapest I've been able to find so far and on top of that you get free shipping as well. My only concern is how are they making any money or is it just that the other sites... You need to read the shipping page! I've ordered from these guys loads of times and they ship same day or next. Granted it's not the quickest service as they use USPS but what do you want for free!

Did the contacts hurt or mess up your eyes? I am worried about the cheap price and the quality. I ordered a pair yesterday but a friend warned me that one shouldn't cheap out on contacts because they can be painted on and mess up ones eyes forever.
