Confusing

I signed up to the VIP members, I had the impression that I was paying £29.99 for the whole kit plus p&p even though the TV advert stated free delivery if u order today. I clicked the instalment button thinking every 90 days, I would get the full kit excluding the bonus stuff I had received... I paid all instalments and was sent a few weeks later a new instalment plan so basically I paid about £80+ for one kit . If I had new this from the beginning I would of not order this item as it clearly a lot to spend on make-up, they empathize the fact this was £29.99 so much I actually believe that was the actual price for the whole kit. Even worst when becoming a member your promise exclusive offers so on, well I haven't heard from these guys until a new shocking instalments plan was sent, I had no idea that this is something that kept on rolling and assume as soon as I paid the whole lot of instalments that was it clearly not!!
