SysFix provide us with an IT Support contract and they are absolutely amazing. We're a government agency and they have helped us through many issues over the years. The friendly service is one of the best I have come across in recent years. Everything is explained in plain English which is great as we're all stupid when it comes to technology. Would recommend their service to anyone. Loved the fact that they have an online helpdesk facility which we use to log all our IT questions on. This gives us the ability to track our IT Issues. Also, the online backup of our server saves so much time as we no longer have to mess around changing backup tapes.
