I was tricked into believing they were affiliated with Apple and paid $79 for them to try and fix my iphone. They are the first result to come up when you seach for apple support on google. I was disconnected mid call and something didnt seem right so I read the reviews and found out how rubbish they were. They were able to help me out with my broken laptop. My screen cracked and I didn't know what to do, so I searched and found out about this website. They were quick to help solve my problems and they even paid for the shipping label so that I can send the laptop out. The repair took less than 24 hours because that same day that it showed as received, they sent me back the computer with a tracking number. This company is rubbish. Unfortunaltly when you search on google to get help for your laptop, this company is come on the top. When you call them, someone in India answers the phone, and the first thing they ask you beside your name and last name, they ask for $300 charge to fix your computer, even if you want to change your password. I worked for this company for a short period of time, and from day 1 of training I noticed something was unusual. The trainer himself did not ever state to lie to customers. I told them I had a problem with my Sony Handicam. They said they could fix it remotely by plugging into my computer and the cost would be $79. Should have known better right then and there. After getting my credit card information, they disconnected me. Called my credit card company to report this as fraud and dispute the claim. MyTechHelp responded to the complaint I submitted to the Better Business Bureau and they have already issued a refund on my credit card. I highly recommend submitting a complaint to the BBB as opposed to trying to work something out directly with MyTechHelp.

DO NOT BE FOOLED THEY ARE NOT APPLE. They tried to convince me that I needed to pay 270 dollars to wipe my computer and that apple care wouldn't cover it so he should do it over the phone and actually ACCESSED my computer to try and convince me my computer was affected by the Java virus. Like others, I didn't pay enough attention to the fact that they are, in fact, not apple care, and somehow made it to the top of the google search list for that very service. My fault. Called a number that came on a dell shipment to return a cable that was wrong got this awful poor company. They represented themselves as dell customer support. I thought I was returning the item that was bought on a dell gift card gave credit card info to put the refund back on and dam was taken for 99.99. I did a quick google search for a Dell/IBM support number to resolve an issue with my BladeCenter Chassis. I clicked the first phone number in the search results thinking it was IBM but it wasn't. I was forced to sign up for this service when signing up for verizon fios. I was told that its their policy, they sign you up for one month technical support, I was not told it was with an external company. They gave MyTechHelp my bank account information and set me up for automatic withdrawl each month. They tell you after one month you can call and cancel the account. MyTechHelp said two years of phone support for $99.00, but then drew the payment THREE TIMES. By Email, they acknowledged only the first, with a receipt that said "One-time payment," so we never knew our credit card was billed until we saw the unexpected charge a long time later. I can not believe the depths that this company goes to. For starters it charges you $99 for a year plan, but forget to tell you that its $99 every three months automatically charging to your card.
