MyTechHelp said two years of phone support for $99.00, but then drew the payment THREE TIMES. By Email, they acknowledged only the first, with a receipt that said "One-time payment," so we never knew our credit card was billed until we saw the unexpected charge a long time later. Once we discovered they had levied additional charges in the 2nd and 3rd month, they said it was too late to refund because payment was complete. I investigated and found there are multiple complaints this company misleads customers by failing to disclose they are NOT Apple (or maker of whatever product you own). Call your credit card company immediately to stop any future payment to these criminals, and refund and extra payments you never agreed to.
A final note - the phone support they gave was poor. We had a defective hard drive that Apple had recalled and would swap out for free. MyTechHelp wanted us to buy a higher level of service and ship our computer to them. That would have been a disaster.
