“Horrible Scam Company DO NOT USE THEM”

This company posed as Apple. My laptop was broken, and they said I should pay 3 installments of $99.99 for Apple Care. After 2 hours on the phone with their "support." They actually made my laptop worse.

I then went to the Genius Bar at the Apple store and they asked if I had an Apple Care Plan. I said yes. But nothing was showing up on their system.

Don't use them. Not only will they take your money, but they will make your computer worse than it started.

I don't know why the hell Apple isn't suing them yet...

They ruined my iPad and did extensive hardware damage to it as well. I am going to the FBI with this.
