Unaware that APPLE CARE PLAN was not the service I enquired about. Only after speaking with Apple Support did I find out this was not APPLE. Informed by awesome people at Apple Support to contact my credit card regarding the charges.

Contacted the company, awful customer service. No supervisors overseeing phone operators at all. Told that no refunds available. Service was paid for by credit card. It was agreed upon for 2 years of service? Not what i wanted as this has nothing to do with APPLE at all. Wasted time trying to resolve this with the company!
