I was one of the first people to get an iPad 3. I really wanted to see what the retina display was like. Unfortunately I think I was also one of the first to break it. :(

I took it to SimplyFixIt who promised me that they could make me happy. I gave them my new iPad 3 around 10 o clock and was able to collect it after work. It looks as good as new now. I'm so impressed.

In terms of price, I was amazed that SimplyFixit was around £100 cheaper than the price Apple gave me over the phone. To be honest I expected more sympathy from Apple but all they were offering was a swap service, where I gave them my iPad
