Googled basic laptops. Bought basic Lenovo from PC World plus Microsoft office.
Less than 3 weeks old developed 'screenbleed' whilst I was using.
Manager refuses to repair, replace or refund my money. Manager accused me of dropping it! Sales Assistant pointed out no damage to unit! Manager then claimed I must have damaged it some other way!
Total lack of Customer Service and refusal to honour my rights as a consumer.
Arrogant, rude and aggressive Manager AND lack of response from PC World Customer complaints!
