20th December 2014 i bought a laptop from PC world/ curry at newry branch , the sales assistant was very helpful even though he was new and didn't seem to get much help from other staff on asking things he wasn't sure about . To cut a long story short returned for it 22nd December to collect it after set up and care was appalling . Yes the store was busy with with Christmas but firstly I was given the wrong laptop and had to point it out, then told mine wouldn't switch on and still trying to set it up , said I wasn't taking it and given my money back. Left with no laptop, asked for help to buy equivalent of it as they had no more and told to go and have a look around . Went to Sprucfield Lisburn. and explained situation and staff very helpful by looking up spec of other and showing me the same in other brands and spoke to my son on the phone to make sure it contained all he wanted. Collected it the next day set up(was ready night before even though might take 2 day)- very relieved and happy 15yr old on Christmas morning thanks to Lisburn branch, recommend them and certainly not Newry!!!! Give Newry 1 star BUT SPRUCFIELD 5 STARS
