We ordered a Solid State Drive from PCWORLD today, reservation number 2358qny. We waited for over an hour before travelling to our nearest store, the one which we chose when booking the item. Obviously it showed in stock. We waited 20 minutes when we arrived for an available member of staff, only to wait a further 20 minutes whilst they looked for the item. They couldnt find it and told us to travel to Plymouth where there was one in stock. We needed the item so made the 25 mile journey only to wait again and then again be told that the item wasnt in stock. Poor communication and totally waste of time and money in travelling. No compensation of any kind. BAd service throughout.
