Like everyone else is saying customer service is shocking - once they've got your money they're no longer interested in you. Beware! Even if you know what you're buying they will still manage to con you. I bought a pc with 4gb ram when I received I checked my spec it was only 2gb ram when I complained I was told they couldn't check what it should have had as they longer had that machine and didn't keep records of spec or what they've sold??? As a gesture of goodwill I could pay more to get that added???? What? I had already paid for it!!!! Don't buy anything there the sooner they liquidate the better!! If I could rate zero I would!
