This is to warn people not to use this company an engineer came for 2hrs said it was fixed. I paid £89.10, an hour later the fault was back they sent him back the next day.I soon realised that he did not know what he was doing, he left me with no computer at all they said they would get back to me about a refund no chance! I have reported them to trading standards who have opened a case, they say that the company are in breach of contract & should refund & pay compensation for my computer, slick advertising but no results BEWARE

I am so pleased you reported this company to Trading Standards. I did the same. Hopefully they will collect enough evidence to close this company. They also told me that PC Callout were in breach of contract in my situation too. I also experienced an engineer who did not know what he was doing. PC Callout needs to be avoided at all costs.

I have also reported to Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Agency. Trading Standards must have had quite a lot of reports about this company but they are still trading.
