So the 28 day delivery deadline is past you ask for refund and three days later the item appears, I do not think they have half the items in stock, once you pay they order the goods hence the 28 Day delivery time, 2nd class 8 days max for delivery if item in stock. (read more)

I ordered an SLR and spent £450, it said it would come in 5-10 days. After 2 weeks I emailed them, and got no response. I emailed them again with no response. I then called them and it rang out, saying at the end 'we do not have enough messages for you to record a message' (obviously their voice mail is full with complaints). Don’t bother dialling their telephone number, you rack up a phone bill (03 numbers a normally chargeable) and they don’t answer. I followed a Google link to jamdup.com that stated clearly 'free delivery' and purchased ink for the latest Epson XP printer. A day or two later jamdup.com emailed me demanding nearly £3 p&p so I cancelled the order. Although jampdup.com agreed to refund me, they did not actually do it, forcing me to make a complaint to my credit card provider, and cancel the credit card as I would not trust jamdup.com to walk my dog, let alone with my credit card details. Goodness only knows who it is that leaves 5* ratings for these people - unless they're doing it themselves. The communication is terrible, the website is woeful, getting hold of them on the phone is a waste of time, you won't get your goods, and if you ask for a refund? Forget it. Take my advice - go elsewhere, someone you can trust. These people may be cheaper but the time and money you'll spend on chasing them up will far outweigh any savings you might make. (read more)

Should have read these reviews before I put an order through for a couple of antennas. I requested the free delivery which stated that i would receive the items within 28 days. Ordered ink cartridges early September and still not received. By next week it'll be 3 months since i ordered them. After numerous emails all i received was either excuses or they just ignored me. I ordered some print cartridges on 25 September 2012 on the understanding that delivery would be within the quoted 21 - 28 days but SEVEN WEEKS later they still hadn't arrived with neither an explanation nor an apology for the delay. Emails I sent were either ignored or returned as undeliverable! I believe they are a scam company. I work around the corner from their "registered office" in London - it's just a safety deposit building! I won't bother outlining my story, but over a month later, no product, no refund, no attempt to resolve despite reasonable demands. Along with what seems many, many other people they take the money but do not deliver any goods. Note the company has not filed accounts, there have been 8 companies before this one, all dissolved ran by a (name removed), who puts his mother and sister as directors on this one. Many complaints on these companies too, looks like he just really a fraudulent trader.

this comtpany has too many customers who he has done the same to, take the money and no goods, no response to emails etc. It is run under the guise of a (name removed), he has already had 8 companies all gone, and this one about to go soon no doubt, no accounts filed, well overdue. He really needs to be investigated and hopefully he will soon, He puts his mother and sister as Directors is that to avoid him being struck off.
