Computer Wizards in Kutztown could use some improvement. For starters they took an entire two weeks longer to fix my laptop than they said they would. They charged me 280 dollars to fix the issues and then returned it to me with a bunch of other inconvenient problems. I had to reinstall many of my programs and music.
