bought a hp laptop...17e135nr...trouble right out of the box....unable to successfully burn cd after ripping...practically no tech support from hp helpline number....called a total of 6 times with 6 different stories on product malfunction[the best story being that it was Microsoft not allowing burning capabilities due to copyright infringement issues with artists]...product still under warranty as I bought about 2 weeks before trouble began and it wouldn't work the first time I used it....demanded a refund of my money from hp and still waiting on it as I no longer have any confidence in their product and will not purchase any further products from them nor will I recommend them to any one...NOTE I am a health care professional and I come into contact with many patients and other health care professionals and I intend to let EVERYONE of them know in the next few weeks about this farce...thanx...marshall Jackson,ft worth texas.....
