I bought the HP pavilion notebook for my daughter for her school work in july 2012. I have had to bring it back to best buy twice to be fixed because the screen disappeard. after spending $100 for the first year warrantee they wanted $150 for the second year which I could not afford. Three days after the warrantee expired the screen went again. contacted HP and "they could not help me." DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. YOU ONLY HAVE 21 DAYS TO RETURN IT. I still have not paid off what I owe on this and its junk. I just don't know what to do.
