I purchased a Dell PC on offer for £350 3 months ago, i knew that it was going to be a basic, bottom of the range, no sparkles computer. I was very happy with it for the first 2 and a half months, it did everything i needed it for and looked 'neat'.
Just After 3 months of ownership a blue screen would appear when booting up. So about 5 days after this started, i phoned Dell to ask what to do. Thats when I was made aware that my basic Guarantee doesn't cover over the phone assistance, if i wanted help over the phone i would have to pay £53.
It ended up with me taking the PC to a friend who fixed it in 5 minutes. I am not happy about this and will not be buying a Dell again.
