i bought the N73 laptop from " saveonlaptops " ( see review ) and within 9
months both the bluray drive and media buttons have failed. it has been back at their repair centre for nearly 4 weeks now and getting anywhere with their " customer care (joke)" at 8ppm is simply hopeless. i've also noticed that since i bought mine in october 2011 and got a 2 year warranty that has now changed to 12 months - BEWARE and AVOID - i'd never touch this brand with a bargepole again
