I own about 8 of these so far with another 4 additional bigger Antec cases. I had some of these for around 10 years now and they are still going strong. These are fantastic little units with a lot of flexibilites which stand the test of time. I have try other brands but seem to keep coming back to Antec for value and flexibilites.
1) For the ones staying with me, I leave all 3 skins off which make great test units with easy access to both ithe internals and disk drives from the top. The mother board always stay on with the case with the CPU. The first top bay is very useful with a meter of looped rubber cable (from hardware shops) holding media hard disks in mid air to both reduce noise and allow heat to flow. The make them very easy to swap in and out from the top while the case is on the floor. The second bay takes 2 1/2 inch SSD boot drive directly mounted against the side wall. The third bay is great for any DVD drive - which stay with the case. All of the bottom drive bay cage can be removed altogether to allow more room for air and easy access to the video cards and recabling. They all take the biggest CPU heat fin including Notcua U12 and any full size video cards. The power supply (each with labeling on top) can easily swap in and out with the 4 screws from the back. In short, the cases make fantastic little test units which can easily be handled and holds all the parts but with easy access. Note, the front "lip" of the case need sticky tap over to stop cutting into skin. The front plastic pannels need 2 additional screws to hold them tight to prevent rattling from vibrations.
2) If they go out to family or friends, the skin then go back on after the parts are dropped in. The skin come off very easily for field maintences and upgrades. Some cases return after a number of years which requires a good clean but they are then ready for the next loan out.
Other bigger cases are for games and stationary uses. These cases a great for tests and loan outs. Highly recommend.
