I have bought in the past with no issue but the lateset purchase resulted in sarcastic and rude communications from their customer service rep (not one nor two but three). I complained that they send no paperwork with their orders - no despatch note nor invoice. The guy decided this was not a valid comment and commenced an argument about the invalidity of my comment. There are plenty of other cable suppliers who treat their customrs with respect. Maybe just deal with these guys as a last resort. Whi needs this hassle.
