“Rude, intrusive and annoying!”

Took a phn call at 7pm, a woman said "is that Mrs cliff"...in the middle of my plea for consumer lifestyles to remove my number from their database, the woman hanged up on me! OFTEL complaint I think!
How rude, they interrupt my evening, when I ask for no contact, they have the cheek to put the phn down on me!

I have the same thing happening to me they must phone me 5 times a week at the same time. I have told them on numerous occasions to remove me from the list and I'm still getting the calls, they are ignoring my request and now talk over me to point where I have to put the phone down on them.

Not only that but they are asking for someone who has never lived at this address!!! Is OFTEL effective? Any info would help.
