On receiving my documents I found that the address was wrong, I contacted the help desk to inform them of this and was informed this would cost me over £90 to correct - How can a mistake made by Autonet be my fault and cost me more money I do not know. The operator was immovable - I would have to pay!!!
I will not be renewing next year, and I will make sure all my family and friends hear about this too...
