Having filled in all my payment details, I was surprised to again a few days later be asked for Direct Debit details
Also, all Motor claims history is on the national databases, so why ask us to try to remember the details please?

Usually when payment details are given online, we add them to our system. If this was not the case, we'd like the opportunity to look into why this may have been. In order to do this, we would need your policy details so that we can check your file. If you would like us to do this, please can you get in touch by using the email address at the top of our Review Centre page.
Also, in terms of your comments about No Claims Bonus; there is a national database that many insurers use. As there may be some insurers that are not signed up to this, some insurers do still request this information.
