After using automaker car insurance for a year the company increased the price massively so I cancelled the policy and moved to another insurer.after receiving letters telling me my account was clear two weeks later automate started a deficit debit without my knowledge and took a payment from my account.I phoned to query the payment and found the person I was passed to after 20minutes on the phone unhelpful and unwilling to do anything saying I must wait three days and phone again so their system takes that long to show up.unfortunately the first person I spoke to told me he could see it on the system.I am grateful I didn't have a accident while using this company.they are not to be trusted don't use them you have been warned
