Cost you a fortune to call them,they never return your call,you then have to explain your situation again and again. Send you emails stating all fine,then the next one stating need more information,then the next one quoting different price,don't seem to know what they are doing,very confusing company. Now received letter wanting more money,after cost me £30 for calls about this,which didn't answer my question,and state they'll call you back,never do. Go elsewhere please.

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that as of today, Autonet have changed their phone numbers for existing customers. They are now "03" numbers that will cost the same as a basic rate call to an "01" or "02" number. Details of these numbers can be found on our website.
