Having used other insurance companies before and paying perhaps slightly lower premiums I'd got to the end of my tether with not being able to communicate directly with somebody on the telephone. The years my lady I spoke with was knowledgable, polite and committed to win my business. She explained everything thoroughly and couldn't help enough.
When I had an issue over a renewal she very kindly sorted the aforementioned issue within minutes, at no point on the conversation did I feel that it wouldn't be sorted. The only slight negative and it is really slight was the admin charge to change my car details. This wouldn't put me off using the business again but other companies waive his charges at times.
When I was asked about other insurances that I currently have I responded with a no thank you and wasn't pushed on the matter unlike some other companies. Simply asked if she could put a note in the business diary to call me later in he year to see if she could help then. All in all a breath of fresh air compared to other insurance companies, I will continue to use them moving forward and will consider for my home and contents insurance etc...
