Purchased the policy I required was very happy with doing all on line. Then a week or so later received a phone call trying to up - sell me things I didn't want or need. When trying to politely end this call the advisor was quite difficult to shake off. In the end I rudely advised him I was ending the call.
I will continue with my years policy but will not use this company again.
