WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FRIEND
Autonet cancelled my insurance after requesting a copy of my driving licence. Having explained to them I was still awaiting the photocard licence from DVLA direct. They then sent a bill for £138 with no explanation to this amount. I advise anyone to challenge them, to contact the financial service ombudsmen and to contact their local trading standards. They need closing down ASAP.
No customer service whatsoever!!!
