This is one for the, you get what you pay for saying. Customer support is a total waste of time phoned 3 times and never got through after more than 15 mins to a 10p per min line, emailed customer support 5 times regarding important matters about insurance and no reply after 5 days. Still no idea if i am actual insured. Just hope ive not got to make a claim this year as i recon that will be a right pain. Pay a bit more and stay away form this lot.
