After taking out my van insurance they have bombarded me with letters telling me I'm 'now fully covered' and then written further down the letter they require additional information, all within 7 days of their letter being sent to me, which isn't enough time.
They will not communicate via email.
They have asked me to call them on the premium number. Sometimes for information that was given to them when the insurance was taken out, another time I've been waiting in a queue for excess of 20 minutes only to be cut off when I finally speak to an 'advisor'.
This insurance company seems very dodgy to me and the next time they require anything from me, I will be cancelling the insurance.
