I took out the policy with autonet insurance over the phone on the 10/12/12 and shortly after found the same policy on the compare the market with autonet insurance for £200 less.So i phoned the 10pence a minute customer service line and was on hold for over 10 minutes but eventually spoke to someone who said there would be no problem changing it to the new lower price but as there was such a big difference in price they would look over it and phone me back the same day.Surprise Surprise no phone call! So i phoned again same process of waiting then get transferred to several different people in different departments and yet another promise of a call back but didn't happen.After several phone calls and over £20 in phone calls i decided to cancel as the final straw was being told they couldn't make any changes to policy unless i sent proof of id and then would have to phone back after christmas.I was charged £50 administration costs and £70 for the previous two weeks insurance all due to there incompetence.
