The main criticisms, but not all, are:
0845 phone calls to the company cost 10p per minute.
I was once on hold for 90 minutes
The web site is poor, it was impossible to download my documents
The "music" when waiting for a person to speak to you is irritating
Sorry, but of the advisers I spoke to, only one[a man] impressed me
with his attitude.
