Used this firm to insure a van. Have now got a car and cancelled policy,now insured with another insurance provider. Despite having paid the £50 and other fees to stop policy, I cannot get them to release my details ie No Claims status for the new firm. Its been a month now and still no sign of anything despite calls and letters.

Beware all new customers when they send you renewal quotes with the No claims box status blanked out, you know where this could lead to! This needs changing, do not accept a quote from them without this information!
