Don't lend this book to any of your friends because you will not get it back!

As a life coach I have read and listened to a great many motivational books and cd's. Simply put, this is the best. Go and buy it and laugh yourself to a better life.

How to Be a Complete and Utter Failure by Steve McDermott is simply excellent, amusing, very accessible and practical in the applications it suggests the reader does. He cleverly uses reverse psychology in the book, which adds a tinge of uniqueness and helps sustain the readers interest. Despite being very successful in his field, there is no sign of arrogance. He articulates his philosophy that success isn't like a cake, where there is only so much to go around. It would be fascinating to compare his ideology with the psychological research of Vygotsky and with Marxist communist theory - perhaps the future is being predicted here. For ten pounds, this will honestly be worth every penny. If not, treat it carefully and return it to the shop for a full refund. What have you got to lose? Or more Steve McDermottesque, what have you got to gain?
